How are you today? I hope all my friends have a good day. Today I have a Thai style menu to present. Khanom jeen canned fish curry. It's Thai food that's easy to make and you can eat it without getting bored. The ingredients used are not too difficult, just galangal, lemongrass, onions, garlic, dried chilies, galangal. Kaffir lime leaves, scallions, canned fish, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce and rice noodles. The ingredients we use to cook today are mostly Thai herbs. They are good for treating colds and flatulence. And most importantly, it is delicious food that truly suits the taste of Thai people. It's easy to make and not complicated, so even though I live in different cities, I can still cook delicious Thai-style food without getting bored.

The steps for making canned fish liquid start from this step. Bring water to a boil then add prepared spices and boil until completely bare and add fermented fish sauce to boil as well so it will be easier to pound into a fine paste. When the garlic is fragrant, everything that we brought to a boil is soft, then scoop it up. This time we bring it together thoroughly in order to bring it to a boil again, but this time while we pound the chilies and all the ingredients together. Then we will add canned fish meat and ask for it to be detailed again.

When the curry paste is finished pounding, we put it into boiling water again, this time we season it to our liking, salty and slightly sweet to make it mellow. After that, when we let it boil again, we add the kaffir lime and spring onions that are cut into bite-sized pieces. This time, everything will be fragrant and very delicious, everyone. After finishing making canned fish liquid. Now I'm going to boil the rice noodles. When everything is in order, this time it's ready to eat, everyone. Just seeing this, saliva immediately began to flow. Ah, but what is indispensable is boiled eggs and fresh vegetables such as bean sprouts, long beans, cucumbers and added with fragrant roasted dried chilies. This will complete the taste of eating Khanom Jeen Nam Pla Canned, everyone.
