Hi everybody. I want to share a little story I bought food in Jakarta. Last week, I and my friends bought this food. The name of this food is Bakso. You can call it a meet ball. This food can be found in Indonesia. Starting from cheap to expensive prices.
Last week, while hanging out with friends, we decided to buy meatballs. What about the meatballs we bought? We bought meatballs, Bakso Ribs Samanhudi located in Pasar Baru, Central Jakarta. Various meatballs are sold. Starting from Bakso mercon, minced meatballs, and egg meatballs.
In my opinion, the meatballs that I bought included delicious meatballs. Because there are quite a lot of beef meatballs in this food. The flour mixture in food is not too much. But some things regret me. Beef ribs and fat are sold separately. One bowl of meatballs is sold at IDR 36,000. For the price, a bowl of ribs is sold at IDR 30,000 and a bowl of meatball fat is sold at IDR 30,000.
In Bandung, beef ribs and fat make up a package of meatballs in a bowl. I also want to tell you more, about if this food is a favorite food for some people in Indonesia. In fact, on the Eid al-Fitr agenda, meatballs seem to be the most obligatory food. At noon, after visiting the graves, everyone will buy meatballs. People will look for meatballs until the Eid al-Fitr H+3 celebration.
My family did that too. Eid al-Fitr celebration, meatballs become a food that is on the rise. Everyone will be looking for meatballs. Other than that day, meatballs are just normal food. Sometimes eaten during the day or evening. However, since I was in Jakarta, meatballs have been sold since morning. According to this food is too heavy if eaten in the morning. But, so is Jakarta.
So, this is my story about Bakso. I hope you guys enjoy this food. I look forward to your stories about the specialties of your country. I'm waiting for the story
