Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are all right. Not long ago, I visited the city of Bandung. I arrived not too early, but not too late. Shaken noodles are the food of choice for breakfast. In Bandung City, Mie Kocok can be used as breakfast. But this is the first time I made whipped noodles for breakfast.
Usually, Mie Shake is enjoyed when it rains. In Bnadung City, Mie Kocok is one of the mandatory foods. It's not after if you don't eat shaken noodles. One of Mang Dadeng's shaken noodles is located on Jalan Banteng, Turangga, Lengkong. I want to tell a typical story of the city of Bandung, Sundanese people.
Sundanese people cannot say "mie", but say "Mih". So, this place uses the word "Mih Kocok Mang Dadeng". I want to tell you that this food is very famous in the city of Bandung. This place has been open since the 1960s. Previously, they sold from mobile carts. However, the city of Bandung is increasingly developing.
The noodles sold by Mang Dadeng are growing. In 1990, Mang Dadeng started having a shop in the Palasari area. But now it's moving. This shake noodle consists of flat yellow noodles, bean sprouts, tendons, beef kikil, bone pieces, green onions, fried onions, and lime. What about the gravy? The sauce is very tasty, you don't even need to add too much sauce or soy sauce.
In Bandung City, adding too much soy sauce and sauce can change the taste. The thing that makes this place very special is the kikil dish which is soft, chewy, and thick. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you about the menu I bought. I bought a Mie Shake with the addition of beef leg marrow. Very tasty. I like this noodle.
Meanwhile, the seasoning consists of broth, candlenuts, garlic, pepper, and salt. A portion is sold for IDR 42,000. I only ordered half a portion, because my food portions are now getting smaller. Oh yes, it says here, using 15 secret spices. That's what makes this place different from other places.
The cheapest menu is around IDR 28,000 - IDR 45,000. This place is open from 09.00 - 22.00 Western Indonesia Time. What is the story of this place? do you like it?
