The situation of my brother in the hospital is something alarming to our family. His liver is now starting failing. According to the ultrasound there's a mass and infections caused his health slow. The body temperatures always in high level. He supposed to undergo biopsy last Saturday. He was already there inside the operating room but they got final test of his blood became low so it may cause bleeding. The doctor re scheduled it to next Saturday and he need blood transfusion first this week.
He cried a lot when we have video calling in messenger. He said that he could no longer stand up from the pain which is undescribable. No enough word to describe the pain and as if it took his life. He said that he is ready to die and he said something for his children. His youngest is still 8 years old. O.was also crying. I love my siblings and I am the eldest among them. He is next to me so we grew together during our childhood. I could've understand my being most especially that I am far away from home and we have no parent anymore. If I have a lot of money, I will go home but who will support their needs. This is my life I couldn't afford not to help them. He is just a poor man , we are poor and what we earned is what we spend for the day. Thanks God we have work, we can eat but when health is already, failure, we need money for medicine.
We had a beautiful conversation today and I kept myself the promise not to cry so he so t cry too. My brother now is too thin. 3/4 part of his body had gone in just 1 month. I am grateful today that I saw him smiling when my brother from Cebu visited together with his daughter, daughter of my sick brother who is studying in Cebu @isayrojo20. She came home to visit my brother. My Aunt and me called them and we talked until my phone battery drained to zero.
The situation of my brother is a message to us. Do not ignore what we are feeling bad to our health. We need check up.
He is 3 years younger than me.
I hope that he can survive this feeling. We entrust him to God🙏🙏🙏.
This coming Wednesday, will be hus reschedule for blood transfusion. So please God help us. Amen.
