The Different Kinds Of Pinoy Dishes I Visited While Ago

Delicious foods is one of the dishes it serves here in our Eatery in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. All of the foods they serve are very popular and everybody loves to eat this especially the travelers from far away places. This time, I would like to share all of the dishes they serve in One of the most popular eatery here in Manticao, the ANTIMATILDAS EATERY. It was located near at our Public plaza and most of their costumers are students, employees from different sectors and truck drivers. The place was very clean and well organized that is why many people loves to went in this place just to eat this delicious food.

This three photos of mine is what I share first here in my article. We called the dish from the left, Sari-Sari. A kind of food that contains different kinds of assorted vegetables. Everybody loves to eat this because it is very delicious and full of nutrients.

The second one is the, Escabeche a kind of dish that mix with some vegetables like sayote. The primary ingredients of this dish is fried fish added with tomatoe sauce, ginger and other kinds of spicies. The fish were fried first before adding the spicies to the dish.

Third is the Bitter Gourd with scrambled eggs. I really love to eat bitter gourd or ampalaya in local term. This kind of dish is very simple to cook. Just sliced the ampalaya into thin slices, sauted it using cooking oil added with onions and garlic and if the vegetables will turn into slightly golden brown, add the eggs and the seasonings.

Hotdogs is very perfect for breakfast, that is why they decided to sell fried hotdogs also because their are some students wants to eat this. Some of the eateries I know about hotdog cooking was they only sliced and boiled it for a few minutes and put it in a clean wares ready to sell.

The second one is the Lumpiang Shanghai. Well, this is also very perfect for a celebration just like Birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. Each hotdogs and lumpia costs 7 Pesos and all of this are also one of the Pinoy foods.

Next is this what we called, Sinabawan. It consists of Pork and boiled eggs. We usually cooked this kind of food at home and there are some techniques on how to cook this. First, it will marinates the meat first for a few minutes. Then, sauted it and add the seasonings, the eggs must be boiled and carefully removed the shells before adding it to the main dish. It cost 45 Pesos per serve.

The next dish I want to share was this Dinuguan. Others called it Sampayna, a kind of dish consists of Pigs intestines and other kinds of seasonings. Well, they cleaned and boiled the pigs intestines very carefully and sliced it thinly. This will make the texture very clean and safe to eat. I was very impressed the first I seen this because the dinuguan Dish I know was only consist of few textures. It cost 45 Pesos per bowl.

This is what we called, Tininlag. A kind of dish consists of vegetables just like Pechay. Meat is also the primary Ingredients of this dish and it chopped this into cube shapes before sauted it. Add a clean water, seasonings and the last is the pechay vegetables. It will cook this for several minutes before serving. The servings costs 35 Pesos per serve.

Fried fish is very common food not only in the eatery or restaurants, but also in our home. But this is also very delicious specially when there is a soysauce or sawsawan in local term. They also sell fried fish at the cost of 7 Pesos each.

Marinated chicken is also very delicious and very popular dish here in our town. There were slightly expensive with this. We called this kind of dish chicken adobo. Adobo is one of the Pinoy or Filipino food that everybody will really love to eat. Pork is also good in adobo dish but they only serve chicken instead. Each piece costs 50 Pesos.

We called this one, Bam-e. This is very popular and it is perfect for bread. The primary ingredients of this is the beef or pork. Adding or mixing with noodles and assorted vegetables. This will cook in dry methods and it costs 35 Pesos per serve.

Next is the chup suey. It consists of different kinds of vegetables and meat. Sometimes it was also added with cauliflower to make it delicious and attractive. The costs of this food is up to 35 Pesos per serve.

The last bit not the least, this sauted string beans with cornedbeef. This is also very delicious and I really want to cook it at home. Balatong is the local term of string beans and as I observed during my visitations in the eatery, people loves to eat sauted string beans. Each plate costs up to 25 Pesos per serve.

It was very full of delicious dish during my travel and I really amazed and appreciated they way for food preparation and I really love to go back in there and taste their delicious foods they serve.

First time ko makita yung sinabawan. pwede pala yung itlog tas karne ng baboy, anu kaya lasa.

Parang adobo ang lasa. Masarap po siya.
