Hello everyone, I would like to share about my trip to another wedding party invitation. This one was my cousin wedding.
Like most of the wedding ceremony in Bali, this ceremony also a teeth filing ceremony. The teeth filing was already done in the morning, so this was then only the wedding ceremony.
The gate to the house was decorated with various leaves and flowers indicating there was a wedding.
It is a custom to bring gift to the wedding ceremony. And this gift usually is the same for all people that come to the wedding. Usually people would bring rice, noodles, egg, or cakes. For that reason we also prepared the gift for the my uncle family.

When we arrived in my uncle house, we saw a lot of people there. All dressed in traditional Balinese custom. Most of them neighbor and relatives who come to help.
We gave the gift to the family and then tried to find a place to sit down. There are chairs and tables where guests were supposed to sit. We sat there and enjoyed some snacks.

A few minutes later, we are asked to have food. It was a self service. We got to the serving table and took our rice, vegetables, and various meat dish.
The food looks delicious. I took some of the meal and put it on an ingke (a plate made of plastics). We returned to our table and eat with other guests.
When we finished our meal, we congratulated the newly wed. We wished them a happy marriage.
The family gave us the tray, but with that they also put some traditional dish and cakes on the tray we brought. Finally, we said thanks and goodbye to the family.
