I came across this stall which located just beside the road connecting towards the town. Which I always past through during my way back home and I decided to have a visit.
Store is clean with couple of chair for you to wait and table for you to dine in. As for the menu wise is listed with price. Starting as low as 30 baht to 60 depends on your favorite.
Ingredient are freshly prepared and separated into small plate for speedy preparation.
3 stove are prepared at once. Man this need a good memory to memorize it at once. Not easy task I must say.
Why is Pad Thai loves by all even tourist? The key is this noodle which is not wide but also think at the same time. Next is the sauce that makes it special.
The sizzle of the wok with the aroma of tamarind and fish sauce flying across the air while getting it freshly to you.
And this the side toppings such as bean sprout with green onion for ya. Crush peanuts, chili flake with sugar are separated accordingly.
A close up shot for Pad Thai itself. No spicy as no chili were added. Coated with sweet and salty flavor at the same time and the thin thick noodle (which is packed with wok hei flavor) once you eat it.
Have you tried Pad Thai elsewhere before? Mind share with me what's your best experience about it? Please pardon me as I'm gonna go for a bite from it. See ya ~
