Hello everyone, today I will present the traditional way of cooking rice.The picture that everyone sees is a picture of a rice pot in the countryside. This is what I use in my house.It will help save electricity by using firewood to make fuel.First we put the rice in water, wash it thoroughly and then put the water on top of the rice.The water must cover the Khao Tha Nam Noi so the rice will not be cooked, but by cooking it this way.The rice that comes out will be more fragrant than cooking in the electric pot that is currently used.

The next picture is a picture of pork rinds. Has everyone ever eaten pork rinds?Very delicious, some people say I love pork rinds.Making pork rinds is not difficult, just take fatty pork or pork belly.Cut into small pieces as shown in the picture and fry in a pan with oil.Before frying, we have to add salt to the oil. Why add salt?Because the salt will prevent it from sticking to the pan and Because the salt will prevent it from sticking to the pan and the oil used to fry the pork rinds.It won't splash on us. When finished frying, it will be yellow and very delicious.Eat with chili paste, very delicious.

The next picture is a picture of a grilled mushroom. Have you ever seen this kind of mushroom?It grows in forests in the mountains. We will go collect mushrooms in the mountains after it rains. This type of mushroom will grow in abundance. This type of mushroom is quite expensive, but for us, we don't have to buy it because we go find it ourselves.When we got the mushrooms, we washed the mushrooms thoroughly, I washed them in salt water.All of the soil attached to the mushrooms will be removed, making the mushrooms clean and delicious.I would like to ask if any of you have this type of mushroom at home.This type of mushroom is crispy and delicious when chewed.This type of mushroom curry is very simple. We take peeled onions, peeled garlic, dried chilies, and lemongrass, cut them into small pieces and pound them thoroughly.Then put a pot of water on the stove, let the water boil, then add the mushrooms.I mixed in another type of mushroom and also added mackerel meat.Season to a mellow taste and then add Pak Tio, which has a slightly sour taste.The mushroom curry will have a slightly sour taste and is very delicious.I want everyone to come and taste my countryside food.

Next will be making fish larb. Everyone has eaten gai. It's like pork larb.Just change from pork to fish.My butler would take the fish and carve it into small pieces, remove the fish bones and chop it finely.As in the picture, the butler is finely chopping the fish. When finished, the fish is boiled in hot water.When the fish is cooked, season it and mix it well.Has anyone seen the fish salad? There will be vegetables to eat with the fish salad.This type of vegetable is called Pak Tio, which has a slightly sour taste.The vegetable tiw that I put in the mushroom curry in the picture above is the one I grew myself.You see, everyone, you don't have to buy food in my house.Fish from the canals in the village, mushrooms from the mountains, and other vegetables planted along the fence.Like saying that the fence is edible, it means growing vegetables to make the fence.Is everyone's home like my home?

The first picture of yours shows a cooking materials were the cooking pots placed, here in Our Country we called that one, Pugon. Foods and rice can be boiled and cook instantly because of the intense heat even if the firewood or charcoals are small amount inside of that thing.

On the other hand, those foods looks like very delicious, I hope I could taste it. ☺️ It so happy to lived in the Province, we can do what we want to do just like Planting or Farming. 👏👏

Pork Rind was my favorite but not these days since it gave me a gallstone and I had a surgery to remove the stones. It tastes heaven but unhealthy too. Anyhow, it’s okay to eat it but not oftentimes.

I love mushroom excluding the dog’s urine mushroom. LoL. This kind of mushroom can also grow instantly with a lightning and thunderstorms. Long ago, we brought a small mushroom to our room when there was a thunderstorm. After 5 seconds, it went hot and grew larger. Then, we had a plenty of it in dinner.
