This afternoon I was go again to my friend Umesh's new bungalow where work is going on. Umesh invited me today too There was no important work, he called me just to chat. And since I also have free time today, I also went to the construction site of his new bungalow to chat with him. When they got there, they were doing what they were doing. And then we both chatted.
And then I easily went to the terrace of his bungalow. And from there I took some beautiful photos of whatever sight I came across and I am sharing those beautiful photos with you here today. These are the photos that show the beauty of nature in a nutshell. After that I spent some more time with him and then I left to go home. On my way home I saw a chicken shop in the market. I saw very good quality desi breed chickens at that chicken shop. I bought one of the chickens and asked the chicken shop owner to cut it. Then he told his worker to cut the cock for me. And then I brought him home to cook his dish. And I gave that chicken to my wife and told her to cook it into chicken fry and chicken curry in a nice way.
My wife first washed the chicken and then she did all the preparations to make chicken fry and chicken curry. In the masala she prepared, she mixed onion, tomato, coconut, and different kinds of spices in a nice paste, before that she prepared them in different ways. After that my wife cooked that chicken in our traditional way from Mast to Chicken Curry and Chicken Masala. And also made a menu of Jowari bhakri and rice to eat with it. Mainly in our Maharashtra Jowari bhakri or bajri bhakri is used with non-veg meals. The combination really makes the fun of eating this traditional dish of ours really amazing and very different. Because it tastes so delicious while eating this hot food and it gives a unique experience while eating it.
Friends, I would like to tell one thing that there is so much diversity in our India. The diversity that exists in India lies in the living conditions as well as the geographical environment, and in addition to this, the diversity in the way of cooking is also widely found. Each section has a variety of dishes prepared in very different ways. Be it non-veg or veg, the experience of eating this specialty is also very different as it is prepared in many different ways.
And it is also a very different experience eating delicious food prepared in different ways and I have traveled to many places and had such a great experience. Along with this, today's delicious meal also felt really good
