Each place and Countries have lots of different kinds of Simple but very delicious foods. Here in the Philippines, String beans stew is very popular and the ideas on how to cook this dish was already spreaded of entire Country depends on the cooking technique they will do. String beans and other assorted vegetables like Camote leaves, Eggplants and other leafy vegetables are my favorite and as connected with my Foodies blog, I will share the simple ways on how to cook string beans stews. To make my dish very delicious and nutritious, I added some different kinds of vegetable varieties just like eggplants and Camote leaves. Good thing We have some left-over fried fish and it can be abled and good for adding this to the dish I want to cook.
Ingredients:
- Cooking Oil
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Other Seasonings
- Onions
- Garlic
- Sliced and assorted leafy vegetables
- Small pieces of Fried Fish ( Left-Over)
- String beans
Food Preparation:
First, make sure that the strings beans are still young and if it didn't, better to cook the seeds of it.
Leafy vegetables must be washed thoroughly with clean water particularly on its leaves so that the microorganisms and appids will washed out from the leaves. Better to check it and washed it with clean water. Even eggplant vegetable, it must be washed with clean water.
Next, sliced the Garlic and onions into thin strips so it can easily cook or sauted. We all know that onions can make us cry everytime when we pelled and sliced of It. The best way to avoid this kind of crying situation is to washed the pelled onion first before slicing it. Put it in the clean plate separated from the sliced garlic.
The last food preparation is to tared those left-over fried fish into smaller pieces. This is also perfect for adding up in the string beans stews. Removing the fish bones will help and make us enjoyable eating with the stew in no hassle and hard time.
Cooking Easy Steps:
- First, heat the cooking oil and if the oil is already heat add the sliced garlic and onions and sauted it for a few minutes until will turns into golden brown color.
- When it sauted already, add the left-over fried fish and mix it very well. Cook the left-over fried fish for atleast a few minutes before adding the vegetables.
- Next, add the vegetables and mix it very well so that the fried fish will mix also along with the vegetables. After that, add some right amount of soy sauce once the vegetables are already mixed. Add a clean water so that the dish will have broth and can make the vegetables cook instantly.
- After that, add some seasonings so that the dish will have taste good. Right amount of seasonings must be applied so that it will show the good results and taste very great. Mix it very well so that it will balance the taste. Next, add the right amount of salt so that it wont become very salty. Cook it for a few minutes and serve while its hot.
This kind of dish is very perfect to the children, very nutritious and delicious. Aside of that, it is also good for business and in fact I already tasted this kind of dish in the eateries near in our Place. It is not really cost much, specially when we have a garden at home.
