This birthday celebration was also a surprise for Grandma because her Children and some of my relatives are planning to have a celebration even if it was simple but most important is it comes from the heart.
Before we went to my Grandma's house, my elder sister called me through phone call and she asked me to come over to her Boarding house and help her baking this delicious snacks. This will be brought to my Grandma's house so that the visitors will have some snacks while doing a happy and enjoyable conversation between our relatives. It takes a few hours of cooking those delicious snacks while taking a bite also. After that, we decided to brought it all at my Grandma's house and my Elder sister joined and accompanied me going to the place.
As we arrived at the place, some of my cousins and relatives are already arrived and doing a conversation with my Grandma. We greeted with each other and preparing the snacks we baked. Grandma was very happy and surprised about it and she did not expected to have foods and snacks for her Birthday, well all of this are according to Plan. Next, we put the Cake at the center table, and lighted the birthday candle. We requested grandma to make her wish before blowing the candle and after that we sung a birthday song for her.
While Grandma was busy preparing the plates and spoons, my cousins asked me to have photograph and I did just as what they requested. This is normal specially when its been a long time didn't see each other, to have a souvenir of the best moment together with relatives and cousins. After that, we started to eat the foods we served and have a wonderful time spending with our Grandma for her special day. It was very enjoyable and Wonderful I had yesterday and for that, my Grandma was very thankful for us for visiting and celebrating for her special day.
The day at Lawis Nature Park:
This morning was another exciting and wonderful day I had when my Elder Sister and some of my Cousins were decided to visit Lawis Nature Park located in Iligan City. This place is very popular by many people because of its wonderful and relaxing sceneries including the fresh, cold and crystal clear fresh water came from the Stream. We take almost 2 hours of traveling before we arrived at the park and as we arrived there, we placed our bringing like foods and snacks on one of the cottage found in the place.
This are the cottages found in the place and it is made of light materials just like coconut leaves waived together to make rooftops and a round lumber that serve as a foundations. It is built near at the water that is why it will be very easy to get a snacks while swimming at the place.
The place is filled with this big rocks flashed away from mountainous places due to big floods. Those rocks gives the place an attractive sceneries, and also people will enjoyed seating at the big rocks. Those cottages are built on the top of rocks and aside of that, there are lots of big trees that can shade the place and protect the people from intense hot brought by the sunlight. I was very amazed the time when I reached the place, cool places, beautiful sceneries and paradisiacal areas.
We had a lot of fun and enjoyable time spending at the place. It takes many hours splashing to the water and after that, we decided to go back home but bringing this wonderful souvenirs, the pictures of us at the place.
