Hello my loving Asean Hive community,
Warm greetings to all friends. Welcome to my new post. How are all my friends? Today is Thursday, so are you busy? Today is Thursday, so I spent the whole day with my students. But every night I decided to spend my time at HIVE. Yesterday I told you about harvesting the roselle plants in my garden. Today I will tell you about a delicious Myanmar traditional soup.
Every country has different traditional food. I like to eat traditional food more than normal food. Which do you prefer? My teacher is also very good at cooking and often cooks traditional food. My teacher chose traditional soup instead of rice and curry for lunch for the students today. The traditional soup that my teacher cooked for the students today is Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup. First, I will tell you the ingredients that my teacher used to make this Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup.
Ingredients
- fish
- fish cake
- bean
- banana stem
- rice noodle
- egg
- Crispy chickpea tempura
- dry chili powder
- Parsley
- lemon
My students took the responsibility of buying rice noodles today. The rice noodles that my students bought were very close to each other. So I broke all of them up one by one with a little water.
For today we used about 30 eggs. I peeled all the boiled eggs. Then I split all those eggs down the middle and cut them into pieces as shown in the picture.
This Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup is very easy to make, but there are many steps involved. My teacher made this Fish Noodles Soup by herself today, and my friend and I only had a little help. However, I wanted to tell you about this Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup, so I took some pictures. My favorites in this noodle soup are the fish cake and crispy chickpea tempura. Our chef made flat fish cakes and fried them. Me and my friend cut them into small pieces as shown in the picture.
I put a few noodles, fish cake, crispy chickpea tempura and egg on each plate. I don't add parsley and lemon because some people don't like it.
The most important thing in this Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup is the soup. The taste of this soup is what determines the overall taste of this noodle soup. Some use only beans or fish to make this soup. My teacher used both soup and bean to make this soup. Young banana stem is also included in this soup. When I was young, whenever I ate fish noodles soup, I used to remove these young banana stems.
I have never made this Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup myself, I always buy it and eat it. If I have a chance, I will try this Myanmar Traditional Fish Noodles Soup recipe. Then I will tell you the details of how to do it. That's all for today, thank you all for reading my post to the end.
