Good evening everyone, how are you tonight... I hope you are healthy and always consistent in your work and always make plans for tomorrow. And always warm greetings to all members Asean Hive, wherever you are right now, even at the end of the world, I hope you can receive warm greetings from me in Indonesia, especially Aceh, Sumatra.
So then, on this good occasion, I will share an evening story about myself who likes to drink coffee at one of the village restaurants in my village and in this post you can see the atmosphere of the night in my village which is relatively quiet and maybe not all people have come from their homes to shop in a small town this.
Coffee has become a trend and lifestyle for the people of Aceh even though they live in cities and enjoying coffee is even more fun when we get together with friends and that adds to the atmosphere of being enthusiastic and being able to exchange communications and share information in all ways and of course positive things.
Enjoying coffee is a characteristic and style of the Acehnese in particular and Indonesians in general, it's not complete if you haven't enjoyed coffee.
I live in a village and it is far from the city. If going to the city takes 1.5 hours from my residence and in my village there are many small restaurants that can be used as places to hang out and enjoy coffee and about the taste is also not inferior to that in the city.
Tonight I ordered coffee specially prepared by the chef at the restaurant I subscribe to and this concoction coffee is typical of the Acehnese and has never been owned by other regions throughout Indonesia.
This brewed coffee is truly delicious and the aroma of the coffee is distinctive and original and is selected from real coffee that is picked from the tree and then dried after that it is finely ground and then ground. The gongseng is then filtered after being heated for about 2 hours in a charcoal kitchen and this is really the hallmark of Acehnese coffee.
And this is how to filter coffee after heating it in a charcoal stove and filtering this coffee requires special staff or chefs who are proficient in filtering coffee and they work extra carefully and can't be careless, this is very important to keep customers from disappointing.
They work 24 hours a day and replace the schedule as determined by their employer/toke. They get a salary after one month of work.
I think that's all I can describe on this evening's occasion about enjoying coffee at night in the remote village of Aceh and I hope you can accept this post and greetings always warm to you all there and have a nice night.
