It seems this wasp gets its name from the paper-like material that it constructs the nest with. It is also known an umbrella wasp, referring to the shape of its nest. In a certain situation, the paper wasp is usually a non-aggressive stinging insect so we don't have to worry about the sting. It stays under the genus of wasps belonging to the family Scoliidae.I spot this wasp was perching on dried grass in one afternoon around the meadow field and while being there, I decided to take some macro photos and turn them into black and white.
