Today I am sharing couple of images of Lord Buddha in different poses.
Each one of them symbolizes a particular ideology and philosophy depending upon its posture. Though on the whole, Lord Buddha signifies inner peace, solace, calmness, tranquility and freedom from complex thoughts of life that are very intriguing and that one should learn to detach from such thoughts in the most appropriate manner, before they cause you harm, distress, pain or suffering.
Its indeed easier said than done!...but that’s the truth! That’s what everyone desires for at some point in the life.
Success ain’t that easy, with it comes loads of duties, responsibilities and subsequently its aftermath of depression, dejection, failures, mistakes, greed, lust, regret, pain, arguments, fights, heartbreaks & heartaches, anguish, trauma and what not! It can be related to one’s life, career, relationships, friendships or be it anything!
Buddha’s teachings truly simplify all of these! Follow the path that your heart and mind guides you for eternal tranquility, peace and calmness in one’s #life…not easy though! It’s the toughest road to tread! But…you will have to.-.if you want the desired results.
Love, lust and greed are absolutely hard to get rid of, rather impossible in everyone’s life. Every individual is after it at one point of time in his/her life. Some stay longer in this race to chase these and some for shorter duration, but we are into this blind rat race and name it as healthy competition, however we all know its like a black hole sucking everything into it, forever…yet we grossly fail to follow or implement the simplest rules of life that literally lead us to tranquility, peace and inner calmness.
Lord Buddha’s miracle teachings beautifully illuminate the greater path to peace, wisdom & self-realization in the most significant manner.
He accurately taught us all… that suffering arises from attachment & desires, and that true liberation comes from detachment and mindfulness. This part is really very hard to understand and implement in one’s life.
Lord Buddha’s guide to righteous living beautifully encourages the following:
Right understanding
Right thought
Right speech
Right action
Right livelihood
Right effort
Right mindfulness
Right concentration
By practicing and implementing these principles, one can graciously achieve inner peace & eternal tranquillity.
Moreover, discipline & self-awareness are key elements of his significant teachings that help disciples remain grounded & most humbly free from worldly distractions that are bound to conquer our mind and thought process in the most radical way and we won’t even realize that how easily we succumb to it and give our inner peace away so easily to it, without even realizing the cost of it, at the end.
Lord Buddha accentuated the prominence of meditation & self-reflection to calm the restless mind in the most subtle way.
He preached that true happiness does not come from material possessions rather from inner contentment and this is the toughest part to handle and manage in one’s life, because we all are after innumerable material possessions, in the most craziest way.
To summarize, his ideology inspires:
Gratitude
Kindness,
Compassion
Nothing lasts forever
Change is inevitable
Let go of attachments
Always, reminding us to love unconditionally & seek harmony within ourselves and the world around us.
