"Great sailors are not born from calm seas", that sentence is a parable in our lives. Not only for sailors, I often hear this metaphor to encourage myself in navigating life.
Successful people do not achieve success easily, there is a process they go through and it requires sacrifice in every step they take step by step.
Today I saw something unusual about the fishermen, they were repairing their boat. From what I saw, it seemed there was a problem with the boat engine they used to transport fish fiber from the main boat to the mainland.
Step by step they improve it, of course to reach that proficiency they have gone through a long process. Without an expert mechanic, they repaired it themselves, I managed to capture a number of moments of their activities and made them into the Monomad Challenge this time.
