MONOMAD: Macrophotography Of Thaumetopoeinae (Caterpillar)

in #hive-1421593 years ago

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.

To take part in today's #monomad contest, I want to show you some macro photos of an animal called a Thaumetopoeinae. On this occasion I would like to share macro photography with all my friends in this beloved community. When I was looking for an object as usual to share on the hive platform, I found a caterpillar type insect that was perched on a tree branch, this caterpillar is a very dangerous pest for farmers' crops, because it sucks the sap from trees so that it makes agricultural crops die.

I am interested in capturing it into a beautiful photo, before the local farmers poison the plants here and finally the caterpillars here die. Then I immediately took out the macro lens and attached it to my smartphone to take a photo of this caterpillar insect, with great patience I finally managed to capture it from several different angles from the head to the tail of this caterpillar insect.

After successfully capturing it into a photo, I finally searched for the Latin name of this insect through a google search, and I found that this insect was named Thaumetopoeinae. This caterpillar is a caterpillar in the moth group, so if friends find it, be careful when taking photos, so as not to touch the fur of this caterpillar. Because if this caterpillar hair hits your skin it will cause an itchy reaction and even another reaction that you will experience, I have experienced it and it feels very itchy and blue bruises appear.

Here are some photos I want to share with my friends in the black and white community.
