Hello everyone in Black and White community, this is my entry for the #monomad challenge. Thank you to @monochromes for taking the initiative to host daily challenges in this wonderful community.
Last week, I completed another portrait photoshoot for a friend. She asks if I might photograph her for her birthday, and I agree. This excites me greatly. It gives an opportunity for me to hone my photography skills and develop my ability to engage with and direct a model on my own. We chose a lovely coffee shop as our location. It's really quiet and has several nice shooting spots.
Portrait photography differs greatly from landscape photography, which is what I generally do. You can take wonderful images if you connect with the model, guide them to position, set up concepts that work for them, and make the environment as comfortable as possible... That is what I am looking forward to right now.
