Hello #Hive monochromatic friends!... Yesterday afternoon was very rainy here in my village and today in the morning the weather was still quite humid and with an awned sky full of grey clouds... And when the morning is like this and I'm out wandering around the streets, then I turn into something like: "Arthur Schopenhauer walking through Montalbán while pondering and taking street photos"... :))

And when I bring Schopenhauer into this, I do so because of the - almost always facetious - way in which regular philosophy readers refer to the constant and marked tendency towards nihilism present in the thought of this already legendary German philosopher of the 19th century... Be that as it may, these grey mornings of the rainy season make my photographic eye instinctively seek out scenes of chaos, visions of decay and abandonment.... And those photos are (in my opinion) excellent for turning to our beloved monochromatic scheme!...

Sometimes it is slightly difficult to go out on the streets on a day like this Wednesday with grey skies and not give in to depression. It seems to me that these scenes explain what I'm saying... Everything seems to be slowly and inexorably disintegrating here, and that is something that can affect my mood. However, this is a risk that I suppose all street photographer has to take from time to time.
