These are photos from this morning. I had a bunch of photos on my hards discs waiting to be edited, but I felt like going for a walk with my camera, taking a handful of street photos and coming back to edit just those on my PC to share them on #monomad... There will be time to dig into my RAW files on discs, but today I wanted to do this...
Estas son fotos de hoy en la mañana. Tenía un montón de fotos en mis discos esperando por ser editadas, pero sentí muchas ganas de salir a caminar con mi cámara, hacer un puñado de fotos callejeras y retornar para editar precisamente esas en mi PC para compartirlas en #monomad.... Ya habrá tiempo para hurgar en mis archivos RAW en discos, pero hoy quise hacer esto así..

And what a good idea this was!... The street was full of things to photograph, or maybe it was just that I had an exacerbated "photographic eye" today. The truth was that every few steps I was taking a picture. Despite this, my walk was long and I spent almost three hours wandering the streets... It was certainly a "delightful Monday morning street walk".
¡Y vaya que esto fue una buena idea!... La calle estaba repleta de cosas para fotografiar, o quizás lo que sucedió fue que yo tenía exacerbado mi "ojo fotográfico" hoy. Lo cierto fue que cada pocos pasos estuve haciendo una foto. A pesar de esto mi recorrido fue largo y estuve casi tres horas deambulando en las calles... Fue ciertamente una "deliciosa caminata callejera de mañana del lunes".

I took these pictures with my old 50 mm fixed lens... When I want to photograph almost anything that crosses my path, the 50 mm focal length (equivalent to 75 mm on my camera) is ideal, as it provides me with a slight close-up of the scenes and at the same time I still have the feeling of "seeing the picture with the naked eye". In addition, this small lens is very fast focusing, superb sharpness and great light gathering... A very good "recipe" for quick and instinctive street photography.
Hice estas fotos con mi viejo lente fijo 50 mm... Cuando deseo fotografiar casi cualquier cosa que se atraviesa ante mi, la distancia focal de 50 mm (equivalente a 75 mm en mi cámara) es ideal, pues me provee un leve acercamiento a las escenas y al mismo tiempo sigo disponiendo de la sensación "de estar viendo la foto a ojo desnudo". Además, este pequeño objetivo es de muy rápido enfoque, nitidez soberbia y gran captación de luz... ¡Una "receta" muy buena para hacer fotos callejeras de manera rápida e instintiva.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.
NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.
