Yesterday it was raining all day, literally all day, we didn't see a single ray of sunshine, the city was cloudy and as expected, the moment it stopped raining a little bit, the fog started to come down and as a good photography enthusiast I didn't hesitate for a second to go out to the streets to take some pictures.
I will use these photos as an entry to the #monomad challenge.
The fog, added to the fact that it was already starting to get dark, created a very interesting atmosphere in the city, ideal for taking some very beautiful pictures.
El dia de ayer estuvo lloviendo todo el dia, literalmente todo el dia, no llegamos a ver ni un rayito de sol, la ciudad estuvo nublada y como era de esperarse, en el instante que dejó de llover un poco empezó a bajar la neblina y yo como todo buen apasionado a la fotografia no dude ni un segundo en salir a la calle a hacer algunas fotografias.
Usaré estas fotografias como entrada al concurso #monomad challenge.
La neblina, sumado a que ya estaba empezando a oscurecer creaban un ambiente muy interesante en la ciudad, ideal para hacer unas fotografias muy lindas.
Normally I could see the antenna and behind it the mountains but the fog was very thick.
Normalmente podria ver la antena y detras de ella las montañas pero la neblina era muy espesa.
The truth is that everyone in this city loves it when the weather is like this, in fact I saw several people taking pictures with their phones.
La verdad es que todos en esta ciudad amamos cuando el clima esta asi, de hecho vi varias personas tomando fotos con sus telefonos.
It was getting dark quickly and that's why you can see how the photos lose some ambient light but at the same time gain more contrast.
Estaba oscureciendo rapidamente y por eso pueden ver como las fotos pierden un poco de luz ambiental pero a la vez ganan mas contraste.
Within a few minutes it was already night and I took a couple of photos because I liked how the car lights refracted as they passed through the fog:
A los pocos minutos ya se habia hecho de noche y tomé un par de fotos porque me gustaba como la luz de los carros se refraccionaba al pasar por la neblina:
At one point I looked up at the mountain and in the middle of the fog there was a star lit up, the scene looked very beautiful with the fog.
En cierto momento miré hacia la montaña y en medio de la neblina habia una estrella encendida, se veia muy lindo esa escena con la neblina.
