The festivity in the city was so interesting that the four days were cleared of duty and paid by companies to finance the festivity.
It was sunny on the Saturday and Sunday, so I took the time to focus.

I took the liberty to enter an area where artists are actively working on diverse projects due to be presented to the public later in June.
My adventure did not last long after a security agent at the wallet ask me to leave the area.
I understood that the artists needed to focus on their creative art expression, while visitors wait until the official green light to explore and take as many photos as we desire.
