My friends Feyineth and Jeannine decided to get together to create a local organization dedicated to animal welfare. Founded on veganism, they both promote the lives of all animals.
For now, they are focused on their Adopt Don't shop campaign to educate about the importance of adopting street dogs and cats. This campaign is the first of its kind in this city.
Although there have been many other initiatives driven by local activists and volunteers in defense of street animals, this is the first vegan organization that not only promotes adoptions, but also defends all creatures of the animal kingdom from the mistreatment of the meat industry.
They asked me to take these pictures for their first Adopt Don't shop campaign, so we went to the park with all their furry friends and prepared these images for the launch of their campaign.
I hope their message reaches as many people as possible and the public becomes more aware of the issue.
