I hope you all are fine. I am also fine here. This is my entry for the #monomad challenge June 10th.I was not feeling well today. Since morning body felt like malaise and fever. After taking the medicine, I felt a little better and got some strength in my body. If I can't do anything else, let's make a good post. Even in making the post, there was confusion on which topic to make. After that I thought that #monomad is my favorite topic, so post on it. While I was looking at my photographs at that time, I saw the photographs of Chowrasta and decided that today's post will be about Chowrasta.
I think that if you want to capture the street in the camera, then it should be captured in the camera only when it is time to move. Chahal Pahal is the time with the traffic of people or the time when people go out for shopping. If there are no people in street photographs, then those photographs are not enjoyed. This only applies to street photographs as the main ornament of street photography is people. The street always looks better with people and even if there are people, it is fun to walk in the street and eat. Who does not come to the street alone.
In today's talk about photography, it remains to give information about this place. Today's photographs are from Chowrasta Street in Darjeeling. Darjeeling is a beautiful hill station in West Bengal state of India. People visit Darjeeling in large numbers. Chorasta also known as Mall. Chowrasta is a central place and a major tourist attraction as there are stores for eating and drinking as well as many shops for shopping. So Chowrasta is full of people from morning till evening.
I am not wrong to say that Chorasta is located in the heart of Darjeeling. As Chorasta is also famous as a central meeting point for both locals and tourists. People who come to visit Darjeeling must visit Chowrasta. Another characteristic of Chowrasta is that the area has a rich history dating back to the British colonial era due to which the buildings and houses here have glimpses of the ancient construction.
Chowrasta is a beautiful place at a height from where you can see the beautiful mountain range of Kanchenjunga. In the morning and evening, if there is no fog, a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley can be seen from here.
Horse riding and various activities are also done here in the season so that people come here to visit. Chowrasta is a perfect place to sit on a bench in a peaceful atmosphere. As I told you earlier, this area is surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and shops selling local handicrafts, tea and souvenirs.
