Have you ever been in a situation when you are feeling peaceful in your heart, but all of a sudden you just lost your peace for an unknown reason. You just switch mood immediately, and you felt a strong burden in your heart and you do not know why.

People will usually call it mood swing, but as believers we know this is the realm of the spirit trying to communicate to us what is about to happen. when you feel a sudden switch in you mood, it might be the Holy Spirit alerting you for so many things.
This might be an alert for you to start interceding for someone close to you. In that situation where you are happy and your mood just switch immediately, don't ever feel worried, what you should at that point is to start praying in the spirit. it may be that the Holy Ghost need your prayer that time to start interceding for somebody.
You maybe shocked that when you start praying, you will notice a switch again, and this time you will start feeling unusual joy and happiness more than before. The next day you might see someone coming to you to give a testimony about how God saved his or her life maybe form arm robbers or an accident.
Whenever you don't know is happening within you, pray in the spirit. You can never be wrong when you pray in the Holy Spirit.
