There are two ways to pray as a Christian:
You pray by speaking vocally.
You pray with your thinking.
The Bible said in Ephesians 3:20.

You see now that the Bible categorised thinking as also prayer.
So, whenever you are done praying vocally, when you go back to, when your go back to your activities, you continue with the desired of that prayer point in your heart. And to the realm of the spirit, prayer has not ended.
Sometimes during the day, while the desires are still strong in your heart, you can make declarations and continue with the desires, untill you now come back to continue praying vocally.
This is how you pray when you are not yet speaking. Do this and your life will never remain thesame again.
