Ducks of the Zoo. [EN-ES]

[ENGLISH] Hello dear friends photographers of #photographicsociety today I bring you a sequence of photos of some ducks whose scientific name is Alopochen aegyptiaca these images were captured on one of my trips to the zoo which is located in the Province of Ciego de Avila in Cuba.

They were edited in the monochromatic style, at the end I leave two color photos, I hope you like it, I end up wishing you an excellent weekend, best regards.



[ESPAÑOL] Hola estimados amigos fotógrafos de #photographicsociety hoy les traigo una secuencia de fotos de unos patos cuyo nombre científico es Alopochen aegyptiaca estas imágenes fueron capturadas en uno de mis viajes al zoológico el cual se encuentra ubicado en la Provincia de Ciego de Ávila en Cuba.

Fueron editadas en el estilo monocromático, al final les dejo dos fotos a color, espero que les guste, termino deseándoles un excelente fin de semana, saludos cordiales.

Welcome to the community!
Beautiful shots and I have noticed by your camera settings you most probably took those photos in Aperture priority mode as the aperture is always f/5.6
With animals, and sometimes people, it is better to use Shutter priority of manual, animals are sometimes unpredictable, they move quickly, etc. 1/640 up to 1/4000 will help avoid the motion blur.

If it is true what you explain, I almost always use the aperture priority mode, I will try to try the other modes, thanks for the advice, they are always very well received, it is the only way to improve my photographs, have a nice day, greetings
