Vélo D'Entraînement

Je cherche vélo d'intérieur ...

Pour ma santé

A la fois pour mon cardio, pour mes rhumatisme, mais également pour un soucis de hanches, je suis activement à la recherche d'un vélo d'entraînement d'intérieur.

J'aimerais en trouver un qui soit abordable, mais avec plusieurs caractéristiques qui, selon moi, seront nécessaires pour une utilisation motivée à long terme.

Si jamais cela n'existe pas, on pourrait même plancher pour voir si c'est faisable ...

Ce que j'aimerais:

Si possible, j'aimerais qu'il ait une prise, pour ne pas dépendre de piles.
Une connection Wifi ou au pire bluetooth pour qu'il puisse envoyer et recevoir des informations d'appli ou de capteurs.

Qu'il soit solide avec une roue d'inertie plutôt qu'un serrage, si possible freinage magnétique pour éviter d'ennuyer les voisins.

Compatible avec des application de courses à la télévision, si possible gratuites ou peu chères, pas une appli qui demande 500euro pour une licence à vie, franchement ...

Bien entendu il y a aussi les low costs où on a besoin d'une chaise pour l'utiliser, à 53€, et les version grand luxe à plusieurs milliers d'euros ...

J'aimerais quelque chose entre ces deux là, qui puisse durer longtemps et qui soit motivant à faire, d'où la gamification plus que nécessaire dans mon cas, car sinon je montrai dessus une dizaine de fois pour ne plus jamais l'utiliser par la suite, et ce serait dommage.

Avez-vous une expérience à partager sur ce sujet? Des conseils à donner ? Des applications à conseiller (Plus ce sera amusant, mieux ce sera), par exemple des courses à plusieurs ou contre des PNJ ... Voire même du tourisme virtuel.

Peut-être commencer par regarder si ce que tu recherches existe à l'état neuf, pour ensuite pouvoir le donner en exemple quand tu fais les recherches pour l'équivalent en occasion ou à construire ..

Après voir si ta pas un vieux vélo a mettre sur quille ( surélever ) et un compteur qui compte les calorie ect à relier à la roue , tu peux même juste fixer la roue et pédalier à une chaises lol

Tu pourrais aller tester les différents modèles et faire des séances complètes, pas juste monter dessus et donner quelques coups de pédale, dans les salles de sport pas loin de chez toi, ils proposent une séance gratuite d'essai en général. Tu verras si ça te plait et quel modèle te conviendrait.

Vais me renseigner, même si je crains que les vélo "professionnels" utilisés dans les salles d esports ne soient pas tout a fait aux mêmes budgets :) :)
mais oui je vais voir si on sait tester quelques appareils de ce genre.
