A few days ago, I shared with you my experience of eating potato paratha with egg for the first time. Today, I will share with you how potato paratha with egg is made at a street food shop.
Adding egg to potato paratha is an interesting process. Many may compare it to one of our country's popular snacks "Moghlai". However, this food contains less oil than "Moghlai".
First, a round bread is made by mixing potatoes and flour. Then it is fried in mustard oil on a hot pan for a while. After frying for a while, the paratha is ready.
Then the egg yolk is poured on the paratha. Before pouring the egg yolk on the paratha, onion, chilli and perhaps a little salt are added to the yolk.
Then some mustard oil is added again and the potato paratha is fried with the egg. When the potato paratha with the egg becomes crispy, the frying is stopped. Then the shopkeeper slices it, mixes it with salad and salt and serves it to the customers.
This is how delicious potato paratha with egg is made.
