I recently joined Hive Students Hub and here I saw lots of writing prompt pinned in the community. All are interesting and I will write on them one by one, because writing on study is my favorite topic at all. Today the topic I choose for writing is;

What's that leadership position you lost and lessons learnt?

From the childhood, I belong to the category of good students and my friends also. We were group of four friends in school and were toppers in class. Till the college level leadership we got was helping the teachers in checking tests, mid-term exams and handled the class in absence of teachers. Those were the golden days when we gave threats to the class that we wrote students name on the whiteboard who's made the noise😂 and then next class teacher would insult them.
The college period ended, I got separated from my friends and take admission in university. First semester passed in understanding the university environment and getting adjusted with new fellows and made new friends. My whole class was so naughty and finally our badge famous in the whole department as the ill-mannered students who's don't give respect to the teacher. While actually we were not ill-mannered, we only made noise when we got news some of our visiting teacher didn't come and we have a free period😂. Other classes was disturbed by our this noise and complained to our teachers
Finally our Head of Department who's really strict man decided to teach one subject for teaching some manners, rules and regulations with the course contents. In fourth semester he start taking the class of Biostatistics and from that day our bad days started.

He tried their best to keep us engage in different activities like helping M.Phil students of that session in organizing seminar , visit to the library and check in the thesis how students used statistics in different experimental data.Moreover , he insulted a lot for every little mistake if you are not active in class he stand up on the chair and one day Sir did this with me and mine friend🤣. After this I tried my best to stay active in class and shake my head as much as I can and pretend like that I understand every point of lecture lol.

Biostatistics was not easy at all and some topics were really boring but I tried my best to study and understand it well.

In first quiz and assignment, I get the full full marks. After few days, Sir divided the class into five groups and select five leaders for them one was me. I didn't take this responsibility but there is no more choice except becoming the leader.
We whole class was enjoying this group study and leadership, because sir some days didn't take the class and said discuss some topics in groups and give me report.
Except the leadership, Sir gave responsibility to one girl for writing the content of every little point which we studied.
When the mid-term exams come nearer, Sir said to her make list of all topics which we studied so he made question paper according to that pattern. She was not feeling well so she said to me make the list of all topics we studied. I did it and she submitted the content page to Sir.
Sir read it and stand up that girl because they found one mistake in the content page, that was the spelling of "DEFI-NITION" was wrong. I wrote it "DEFI-NATION"
Sir start insulting her but she said all this was written by Arooj😂.
Then Sir called me in front of whole class and insulted me for taking the responsibility of others and also because of wrong spelling of DEFI-NITION. He also removed me from the group leadership.

Closing Thoughts:

In this way because of little mistake I lost the leadership of study group. From this leadership, I learnt never help other in completing responsibilities which was given by teachers. Also I decided to never become the leader of any study group again. Also I learnt the correct spelling of "Definition ".
