Schooling offer a great platform for acquisition of more knowledge and skills. It's very important as it oriented and educate one of his immediate environment and beyond. Despite the great benefits, there are certain things, schools failed to buttress and build upon. For me, school should be reorganized to focus more on the realities of life, not only to get one ready to be employment. More skills and talent are needed and school should cover them in their scope and courses.

The reason is simple because every career and skill acquired from school equip one to be well fed but how possible will it be possible when one spent reasonable enough time in school without knowing how money works and managed effectively.
If only I knew while in school, I would have been serial entrepreneur with financial outlooks than waiting to graduated from school before seeking for opportunities to earn money legitimately. Many people get disappointed when their careers failed to feed them or unemployed because school failed to educate them on the reality of life.

In the school, there are many young people that made up the population. These people comes from several families and backgrounds but meet together for several years for schooling under same roof. The interaction between them should be cordial and meaningful as they keep improving themselves on their chosen career and course.
Majority of the Tech guru and projects are developed while in school with close pals. Mark Zuckerberg and friends knows this fact and utilize the opportunities from it for better future.
Many people meeting at a place serves as a knowledge pool where wisdom can be shared and transfered but many failed to utilize that opportunity to get informed and more knowledgeable. I am a victim of this and failed to know that more people means more helps and opportunities for better lives.

School should teach the young stars how to communicate freely and meaningful. Despite how education, skills and achievements one acquired, not being able to communicate and defend the ideas, it will amount to nothing.
Recently, there are defense and students participatory class but how often does it occur? It should be acquiring the young minds, not a place to show how educated, the lecturers and mentors are. The real value should come from students and how they apply it in their lives.
Cultural values can passed from one to another while in school. The comparative advantage of having people of diverse languages and tribes should give rise to the better ways of creating more utilities and values.

I never belong to the school of thought that school is scam but it offers great opportunities and potentials that one can tapped for greatness. But the scope and concept should be improved to cover the tenets and realities of life.
