Its been a year since I worked for construction company. As personal secretary of a contractor, I am responsible in meeting clients and look for project owners for us to propose our bids in a certain project. My boss is licensed contractor and it is really hard to join pqublic bidding.
During meet ups with client, I prefer Balai Cafe in Session Road. Aside from it is in the center of the city, it has a good ambiance and quality food and drinks andaffordable. The place is good for short meeting since it is not that noisy and even there are a lot of groups coming in, still clearly hear voices of opponents. And I believe that the place contribute for us in our close dealing and winning projects.
In the business world, it is important to consider meeting place considering the place, the ambiance, the cost and the vibes. Simple and elegant but affordable is what I really looking for when I have meetings with client.
