Habíamos salido un lunes bien temprano para poder visitar el Jardín Botánico de Palermo donde se conservan muchos árboles antiguos y de verdad se siente como estar en el medio del bosque. El viaje fue de maravilla ya que a diferencia de la última vez que fuimos para ese lado, nos llevó muchas horas llegar por el tránsito y por los transportes que no llegaban a horario, además de que nos habíamos perdido en el medio de la autopista.

We had left early on a Monday to visit the Palermo Botanical Garden where many old trees are preserved and it really feels like being in the middle of the forest. The trip was wonderful because unlike the last time we went that way, it took us many hours to get there because of the traffic and the transports that did not arrive on time, besides the fact that we got lost in the middle of the highway.

A pesar que por ese lado nos había salido todo bien, resulta ser que los lunes el Jardín Botánico permanece cerrado por mantenimiento. Me llamo la atención que no había personas caminando por allí así que le preguntamos a uno de los trabajadores y ahí nos dieron la triste noticia, además de que en la entrada había un cartel anunciando lo mismo.

Although everything had been fine on that side, it turns out that on Mondays the Botanical Garden is closed for maintenance. I noticed that there were no people walking around so we asked one of the workers and they gave us the sad news, and there was a sign at the entrance announcing the same thing.

Fueron un poco más de 2 horas de viaje y no pudimos visitar lo que fuimos a ver pero por lo menos ahora ya sabemos que los lunes no hay que ir. Me quede un tanto frustrada pero luego pensé: “si no es hoy, será la próxima” después de todo, el Jardín no se ira de allí y nos prepararemos mejor en la siguiente oportunidad.

It was a little more than 2 hours of travel and we were not able to visit what we went to see but at least now we know that on Mondays we don't have to go. I was a little frustrated but then I thought: "if not today, then next time" after all, the Garden will not leave and we will be better prepared for the next opportunity.

Bueno allí hay muchas otras atracciones y parques en los cuales se puede pasar el día, pero por ser vacaciones de invierno, en algunos sitios no pudimos ingresar por la cantidad de personas y porque las entradas estaban agotadas, cabe resaltar que el Rosedal también cierra los lunes por mantenimiento y el Planetario ya no tenía entradas. Fuimos al Jardín Japonés por unos Pockys pero ya no venden de esa golosina así que otro fracaso pero es entendible ya que son muy caros.

Well there are many other attractions and parks where you can spend the day, but because it was winter vacations, in some places we could not enter because of the number of people and because the tickets were sold out, it should be noted that the Rose Garden is also closed on Mondays for maintenance and the Planetarium had no tickets. We went to the Japanese Garden for some Pockys but they no longer sell that candy so another failure but it is understandable since they are very expensive.

Ni Buhito ni yo nos queríamos ir sin una filmación, así que comenzamos a caminar por todos lados ya que los Bosques de Palermo son un sitio enorme para recorrer y fuimos viendo con que nos encontrábamos.

Neither Buhito nor I wanted to leave without filming, so we started walking all over the place, since the Palermo Woods are a huge place to walk around and we saw what we could find.

Rodeamos el Planetario, vimos de lejos el Rosedal, caminamos entre árboles, nos cruzamos algunos patos y gansos con los cuales quisimos entablar una conversación pero no hubo caso, Buhito fue ignorado de forma épica y así fue como surgió todo este video con contenido random del día.

We went around the Planetarium, we saw the Rose Garden from afar, we walked among trees, we crossed some ducks and geese with which we wanted to start a conversation but there was no case, Buhito was ignored in an epic way and that's how all this video with random content of the day came about.

A pesar de todo eso, y que el día estaba nublado, pasamos un rato bastante agradable caminando por donde nos llevaran los pies y grabando todo a nuestro paso.

Despite all that, and the fact that the day was cloudy, we had a pleasant enough time walking wherever our feet took us and recording everything in our path.
