25th Place on the Leaderboard, 1st Enigma Golem and Over 300 HIVE Earned!
Golem Overlord is my favorite Play2Earn game—no mystery there.
I don’t even say "favorite Hive game" anymore because, at this point, there’s no blockchain game I like more than GO.
And there are plenty of reasons for that.
Starting with the last Season, which ended about a day ago, where I finished in 25th place with 38 wins and 9 losses—a win/loss ratio over 4, which not only made the experience fun (who doesn’t like winning?) but also earned me some great rewards:
- 25 ANIMA tokens
- 1 Tactician Trove
- 1 Eldritch Golem Vault
I immediately put these rewards to good use—improving my collection and earning a few extra HIVE.
Selling the ANIMA tokens pushed me past 300 HIVE earned—specifically, 315 HIVE, not even counting what I reinvested into the game (which, over the past month, has been a few dozen HIVE spent on acquiring several Golems).
The Tactician Trove gifted me a new Scarce-rarity Advisor: Naia the Lifebringer.
Regeneration-based strategies are very strong, so this card is a fantastic addition to my team. Now I have four Advisors—two Scarce and two Exceptional.
And that’s not all, because I also opened my first Eldritch Golem Vault, where luck decided to give me an unexpected but very welcome surprise:
3 Abundant Golems, 1 Precious, and… 1 Enigma!?

The chances of pulling a Golem of this rarity from a chest are 0.4%… and I got it on my first try!
Obviously, I was speechless—especially since I didn’t own any Golems of this rarity before (or even of the immediately lower tier, to be honest).
So, this is a fantastic addition to my collection, made even better by the fact that it’s a Golem I frequently deploy in battle.
It’s so rare that there are currently none for sale on the market, and the next lower rarity is priced at 35 HIVE. So how much could mine be worth? Probably more than 50-60 HIVE!
Not that I’m planning to sell it, but it gives an idea of just how lucky I got.
At level 10, Ice Behemoth is also very playable (ghost cards max out at this level), so I have a good chance of deploying it often in battle and earning valuable experience points.
As surprising as it is, my opinion of Golem Overlord keeps improving over time: the game keeps expanding, becoming deeper and more engaging; the Conquest mode has introduced an entirely new way to play—more active, with tons of new cards to collect; the variety of upgrades, Guilds, and daily challenges helps keep players engaged and motivates you to make constant progress.
In short, Golem Overlord is truly a shining example of what a Play2Earn game should be, and I hope it continues to evolve and improve, attracting even more players over time.

25° Posto in Classifica, 1° Enigma Golem e Oltre 300 HIVE Guadagnati!
Non credo sia un mistero: Golem Overlord è il mio gioco Play2Earn preferito.
Ormai non dico nemmeno più "Hive Game preferito", perchè a questo punto non c'è nessun gioco su blockchain che mi piaccia più di GO.
E le ragioni sono diverse.
A cominciare dalla scorsa Stagione, che è finita da circa un giorno, e mi ha visto terminare in 25° posizione con 38 vittorie e 9 sconfitte: un rapporto vittorie/sconfitte superiore al 4, che mi ha consentito non solo di divertirmi - a chi non piace vincere? - ma anche di ottenere parecchi premi:
- 25 token ANIMA
- 1 Tactician Trove
- 1 Eldritch Golem Vault
Premi che ho subito utilizzato per migliorare la mia collezione e guadagnare qualche altri HIVE.
La vendita dei token ANIMA mi ha infatti consentito di sorpassare i 300 HIVE guadagnati: per l'esattezza 315 HIVE, senza contare quelli che ho reinvestito nel gioco - che nell'ultimo mese sono alcune decine, che ho utilizzato per acquistare parecchi Golem.
Il Tactician Trove mi ha invece regalato un nuovo Advisor di rarità Scarce: Naia the Lifebringer.
Le strategie che ruotano attorno alle abilità rigenerative sono molto forti, per cui questa carta è un'ottima aggiunta alla mia squadra: adesso ho a disposizione 4 Advisor, due di rarità Scarce e due Exceptional.
E non è finita qui, perchè poi ho anche aperto il mio primo Eldtrich Golem Vault, dove la fortuna ha deciso di farmi un inaspettato ma gradito regalo:

Le possibilità di trovare un Golem di questa rarità in una chest sono dello 0,4%... e l'ho beccato al primo colpo!
Ovviamente sono rimasto abbastanza senza parole, anche perchè non avevo nessun Golem di questa rarità - e nemmeno di quella immediatamente inferiore, ad essere sinceri.
Si tratta quindi di un'aggiunta fantastica alla mia collezione, resa ancora più bella dal fatto che si tratta di un Golem che schiero spesso in battaglia.
E' una carta così rara che in questo momento sul mercato non ne esiste nessuna copia in vendita e quella di rarità inferiore ha una richiesta di 35 HIVE: la mia quindi quanto potrebbe valere? Probabilmente più di 50-60 HIVE!
Non che mi interessi venderla, però questo dà un'idea della notevole fortuna che ho avuto.
Al livello 10 Ice Behemoth è inoltre facilmente giocabile - le carte ghost arrivano al massimo a questo livello - per cui ho buone chances di riuscire a schierarlo spesso in battaglia e fargli guadagnare preziosi punti esperienza.
Per quanto sorprendente sia, il mio giudizio su Golem Overlord nel tempo non fa che migliorare: il gioco continua ad espandersi e diventare sempre più profondo e divertente; la modalità Conquista ha aggiunto un modo completamente nuovo di giocare, molto più attivo e con tante nuove carte da collezionare; la presenza di tanti potenziamenti, Gilde e sfide giornaliere consente di mantenere l'interesse dei giocatori alto e ti invoglia ogni giorno a cercare di fare qualche nuovo progresso.
Insomma, Golem Overlord rappresenta veramente un esempio virtuoso di come dovrebbe essere un gioco Play2Earn e la mia speranza è che nel tempo possa continuare ad evolversi e migliorare, riuscendo così ad attirare l'attenzione di nuovi giocatori.
