I hope I will be able to make it up with this blog before the deadline :)
The Second weekly challenge of Splinterlands is about to be reaching the closure mark and hence, I would like to complete this now.
I am going to review the Magnor monster in this blog and will try to write up lore on that from details what we have in Splinterlands website.
Magnor is a melee attack monster from Untamed edition and it is a legendary monster which has abilities like taunt, enrage, trample and return fire.
Taunt, as we know, will make it take all the hits from monsters from other side unless there is another ruleset which interferers it.
Enrage makes it get extended speed and melee attack when a monster hits it's main health and that means, this monster will be with more faster to attack.
Trample will allow it to attack second monster in same round if it removes the first monster.
And lastly, return fire, the ranged attack monsters when attack Magnor, they will get return hit in the form of fire and that is known as return fire.
The stats are impressive for this as you can see from above screenshot.
It has a melee attack range of 4 to 6 depending on the level of card we have, it's speed is always 3 and it is with no armors unless it gets armors from a summoner and it's health is best with a range of 13 to 15, so, if we use 1 or 2 tank healers and use it in front position, we can keep it alive in battle and win the battle.
Lore:
Let's have this lore about this monster.
Magnor is from the burning lands of Praetoria and Magnor was a child when the battle of Jorad took place almost 500 years back and most of the burning lands monsters were killed in that battle between the Titans and Giants and Magnor is from the Giants group.
As the battle killed all the monsters except kids, Magnor was survived in that battle and he and his cousins started living in the caves of Molten Mountains.
Burning lands is always under the attack of lava flow from volcanoes and Magnor is considered as the One who protects the numerous caves of Molten mountains which are the shelter places for many monsters from Giants.
Magnor uses a weapon known as Roz and is has been with him since almost 200 years and Magnor is emotionally attacked to the Roz weapon as he uses it as a communicator when he is alone and wants to speak with someone.
Magnor, when free, will try to catch the small critters in the cave where he lives and he never harms those though even though he captures One of those and shows it to his friends staying with him.
He is considered as One of the oldest and he still has that energy like a young guy and if lives for few more more years, probably, he will become the oldest of monsters from all splinters.
