When it comes to the Little League rule, there are several strategies that I can use in each deck and my favorite with the life deck is focused on the Pelacor Conjurer monster, it may be a monster that has no attack but when it comes to defense it is incredible since it has a great chance of dodging the attacks of my opponent's monsters.
The Pelacor Conjurer was released in the first set of reward cards of the Chaos Legion edition, I remember as if it were yesterday this magical time in Splinterlands when players could earn tradable cards by opening their Focus Chests and Season Chests, in addition to these cards had a great value on the market so the profits in Splinterlands were very high.
Nowadays it is also possible to have great profits in Splinterlands depending on the strategy that the players use, but it is nothing compared to the time of 2021 and 2022 which was the best time in terms of profits for Splinterlands players.
The Pelacor Conjurer is a common monster in the life deck, it costs 2 mana and has 4 abilities: Flying, Magic Reflect, Divine Shield and Phase.
Flying - With this ability, the Pelacor Conjurer increases his chances of dodging by +25% against monsters that do not have the Flying ability.
Magic Reflect - With this ability, the Pelacor Conjurer will deal 50% of the magic damage received as damage to the monster with a magic attack that attacked him.
Divine Shield - With this ability, the first attack that the Pelacor Conjurer receives will be nullified, after which the Divine Shield is lost.
Phase - With this ability, the Pelacor Conjurer will be able to dodge against magic attacks.
In my opinion, the Pelacor Conjurer is one of the best low-mana defenses in Splinterlands and not only in the life deck, he is always one of my main choices when there is the Little League rule or when I am in a battle where the available mana is low.

This battle is an example of how I use Pelacor Conjurer, in it I try to increase the speed of my monsters and try to decrease the speed of my enemy's monsters, so Pelacor Conjurer will have more chances to dodge attacks.
To increase the speed of my monsters I use Naga Assassin, a ranged monster from the dragon deck that has the ability Swiftness that increases the speed of all my monsters by +1.
To decrease the speed of my opponent's monsters I use Summoner Quix the Devious, which decreases the speed and ranged attack of my opponent's monsters by -1. In addition to Quix the Devious I also use Time Mage, a monster with a magic attack from the life deck that has the ability Slow that decreases the speed of my opponent's monsters by -1.
With these Buffs on my monsters and Debuffs on my opponent's monsters, Pelacor Conjurer's chances of shining in battle increase and if you fight him, you will realize how incredible he is to have when your available mana is low.
To help Pelacor Conjurer even more, I use monsters like Venari Crystalsmith who has the ability Tank Heal, which means that she will heal the allied monster in the first position by 1/3 of its maximum life. With this help, Pelacor Conjurer will become even more powerful because he will be able to survive the battle for longer and have the chance to dodge more attacks.
At the end of the battle, in addition to not losing any of my monsters, Pelacor Conjurer survived it with maximum life, so there is no doubt that this monster will be a great ally in your battles.
