Splinterlands new weekly challenges are up and here is my blog for the same with a battle I am sharing which involves reverse speed ruleset which makes the monsters having low speed to attack first and then next lower and so on.
The introduction of league level up chests are interesting and makes the game a little more interesting and battle the games to level up to move to next higher league to win more chests for leveling up.
Reverse speed ruleset, as I said above, will allow the monsters with lowest speed to attack first and then next lower speed and then next one and like that.
So, normally, we use lowest speed monsters which are there in splinterlands for this ruleset.
For this blog, I am sharing the details of a blow for which the link is shared below and I will provide the details of monsters I used and why did I use those for this ruleset of reverse speed.
Lineup:
As we see from below screenshot, this battle with reverse speed ruleset which had mana cost cap of 50 and Earth splinter being my strong splinter as I mostly use gladius monsters in the battle with Quora and Katrella Gobson being the most used ones by me.
But, this being a reverse speed ruleset battle, I decided to go with a different lineup as shown below:

1. Mycelic infantry:
I think this is one of the best monsters for the reverse speed ruleset as it's speed is 1 and it has shields and also has giant killer ability to have double impact on the monsters with more than 10 health and has 3 armors too to get protected from melee and ranged attack monsters.
Since I used a taunt monster in last position in the form of terraceous hulk, this monster was expected to play longer in the battle and take down some of those monsters used in the beginning of the lineup.
2. Mushroom seer:
This is one of my favorite monsters in earth splinter being a magic attack one and have the ability to reduce magic attack from other side with it's silence ability and it was helpful with opponent using 3 magic attack monsters.
3. Sand worm:
Another good monster for reverse speed ruleset is this sand worm as it has huge attack and has speed of 3 and being a sneak attack monster, it can keep working on the backside of the lineup on other side.
4. Goblin psychic:
Goblin psychic is another silence ability monster and can heal the front monster being a tank healer and it also has affliction ability to stop healing from a monster.
5. Goblin tower:
Just one ranged attack monster and that it goblin tower which is a blast ability monster to attack 2 monsters at a time and it has 4 attack which is like 4 plus another 2 with blast and with just 1 speed, this is the monster to watch out for in reverse speed ruleset.
6. Terraceous hulk:
Last on my lineup is this taunt ability monster with it also having just 1 speed, but more importantly it has abilities like demoralize, void armor.
So, that is what my lineup and other person just used some high speed monsters and although those are good ones, the reverse speed means I got to attack first and take out some monsters before he even could start.
That is all I want to share in this blog and reverse speed is a ruleset I used to play a lot with yodin zaku, but unfortunately, I do not have that summoner anymore as I had to sell him for buying chaos legion packs. But I regret that decision, as he is one of the best summoners.
