I am on Hive since March 5, 2019 and during this time interval I have played and invested on many Hive games.
In the landscape of blockchain-based games there are many idle and incremental games that are not among my favorite games because I prefer PvP games such as Splinterlands.
Although idle games are not among my favorite games I like to play them when I have free time and among all the idle games I play or have played there is one that differs in a positive way from all others: Golem Overlord
In my opinion Golem Overlord is the best idle and incremental I have played so far because:
- it has beautiful graphics
- it has so much information on site and because of that it is easy to understand how the many features and sections of the game work.
In fact, by simply hovering your mouse over an element in the various game screens you can get detailed information and understand how that element works.
From this point of view, Golem Overlord is far ahead of many other blockchain-based games that in my opinion should imitate Golem Overlord because they often do not give due importance to the explanatory and informative aspect of the game dynamics.
In fact, one of the main causes of why a new player abandons a blockchain-based game is precisely because they often find it difficult to understand how it works.

- The creator continues to develop and improve the game.

On Golem Overlord I have not been very consistent in my gaming activity because I started playing on April 20, 2023, I played for a few months but then stopped my gaming activity for several months because I had little free time on my hands and could not play all the blockchain-based games I had invested in.
I resumed playing more steadily and regularly about three months ago and in the post that I published 9 days ago I showed my progress.
Since my last post regarding Golem Overlord, in 9 days of play, I have made further progress by increasing my game stats and also SHARD token accumulation.
These were my game stats 9 days ago.
In 9 days I have improved my game stats:
Prestige level: 9 -> 10
Power: 68 -> 76
Fortification: 50 -> 58
Golem Charging Station: 15
Faith: 55 -> 58
Banked: 1000
The most important accomplishment I have achieved in the last 9 days was upgrading my Prestige level because by upgrading from ninth level to level 10, I unlocked the daily quests of level 3 which have more valuable rewards.
My basic strategy on Golem Overlord is:
- use all the PARTs I earn from claims to increase my game stats
- use 50% of the SHARD tokens to buy more PARTs and to contribute to my guild upgrades
- sell 50% of the SHARD tokens to make Hive Power Up and increase my HP
In order to increase my skills faster, I decided momentarily not to follow my basic strategy and so instead of selling 50% of the SHARDs I have in my in-game wallet, I decided to convert all my SHARDs to PARTs using the PART:SHARD pool.
I transferred 471 SHARD to Hive Engine and converted them to 8811.27 PART.
I used the PARTs to upgrade the skills: Golem Charging Station, Power and Faith.
As you can see, I have made some extra progress in upgrading my skills.
My next game goals will be:
- keep at least 100 Scavenger Golems active after each claim.
- increase my Power to level 100
- increase my Prestige level to level 15
- increase my Faith skill up to level 80

La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi su Golem Overlord: Ho raggiunto il livello 10 di Prestigio!
Sono su Hive dal 5 marzo del 2019 e in questo intervallo di tempo ho giocato e investito su molti Hive-based games.
Nel panorama dei giochi basati su blockchain ci sono molti idle e incremental games che non sono tra i miei giochi preferiti perchè preferisco i giochi PvP come ad esempio Splinterlands.
Anche se gli idle games non sono tra i miei giochi preferiti mi piace giocarci quando ho tempo libero e tra tutti gli idle games a cui gioco o a cui ho giocato c'è ne uno che si differenzia in modo positivo da tutti gli altri: Golem Overlord
Secondo me Golem Overlord è il miglior idle e incremental a cui ho giocato fino ad ora perchè:
- ha tante informazioni on site e per questo motivo è semplice capire il funzionamento delle tante funzionalità e sezioni del gioco.
Infatti semplicemente passando il mouse su un elemento presente nelle varie schermate di gioco è possibile avere informazioni dettagliate e capire il funzionamento di quell'elemento.
Da questo punto di vista Golem Overlord è molto avanti rispetto a tanti altri giochi basati su blockchain che secondo me dovrebbero imitare Golem Overlord perchè spesso non danno la giusta importanza all'aspetto esplicativo e informativo delle dinamiche di gioco.
Infatti una delle principali cause del perchè un nuovo giocatore abbandona un gioco basato su blockchain è proprio perchè spesso trova difficile capire il funzionamento.

- il creatore continua a sviluppare e migliorare il gioco
E' in fase di test una nuova modalità di gioco: Conquest mode.

Su Golem Overlord non sono stato molto costante nella mia attività di gioco perchè ho iniziato a giocare il 20 aprile 2023, ho giocato per alcuni mesi ma poi ho interrotto la mia attività di gioco per diversi mesi perchè avevo poco tempo libero a disposizione e non riuscivo a giocare a tutti i giochi basati su blockchain in cui avevo investito.
Ho ripreso a giocare con più costanza e regolarità circa tre mesi fa e nel post che ho pubblicato 9 giorni fa ho mostrato i miei progressi.
Dal mio ultimo post relativo a Golem Overlord, in 9 giorni di gioco ho fatto ulteriori progressi aumentando le mie statistiche di gioco e anche l'accumulo dei token SHARD.
Queste erano le mie statistiche di gioco 9 giorni fa.
In 9 giorni ho migliorato le mie statistiche di gioco:
Prestige level: 9 -> 10
Power: 68 -> 76
Fortification: 50 -> 58
Golem Charging Station: 15
Faith: 55 -> 58
Banked: 1000
Il risultato più importante che ho raggiunto negli ultimi 9 giorni è stato l'upgrade del mio Prestige level perchè con il passaggio dal nono livello al livello 10 ho sbloccato le daily quests di livello 3 che hanno ricompense di maggior valore.
La mia strategia di base su Golem Overlord è:
- utilizzare tutti i PART che guadagno dai claims per aumentare le mie statistiche di gioco
- utilizzare il 50% dei token SHARD per acquistare altri PART e per contribuire agli upgrades della mia gilda
- vendere il 50% dei token SHARD per fare Hive Power Up e aumentare il mio HP
Per aumentare più velocemente le mie skills ho deciso momentaneamente di non seguire la mia strategia di base e quindi, invece di vendere il 50% degli SHARD che ho nel mio in-game wallet, ho deciso di convertire tutti i miei SHARD in PART usando la pool PART:SHARD.
Ho trasferito 471 SHARD su Hive Engine e li ho convertiti in 8811.27 PART.
Ho utilizzato i PART per fare l'upgrade delle skills: Golem Charging Station, Power e Faith.
Come puoi vedere ho fatto degli ulteriori passi in avanti nell'upgrade delle mie skills.
I miei prossimi obiettivi di gioco saranno:
- mantenere attivi dopo ogni claim almeno 100 Scavenger Golem
- aumentare il mio Power fino al livello 100
- aumentare il mio Prestige level fino al livello 15
- aumentare la skill Faith fino al livello 80
