Ah today I'm not talking about recipes but about inconvenience, I'm making a post a little different than usual just to complain 😂
For about a few weeks the neighbor downstairs has noticed a leak on the wall but we who live upstairs don't notice anything, so we call the workers who since yesterday they have been guests in the house, they found two leaks in the pipes, the house where we live is a very old house built in the 40s and renovated in the 70s, thanks to the workers we discovered that the pipes were still made of lead, so a material that it's not good and that they are old and in bad shape, which is why they broke, furthermore they had some previous work done badly and now we have problems with various pipes. From the kitchen to the bathroom, all the pipes must be changed and any faults fixed.
It won't be easy, fast or cheap (but luckily we are renting, the owner will pay), since yesterday we can't use the sink today, not even the toilet. The kitchen is difficult to use and the bathroom is unusable. Obviously these are jobs that need to be done but what a nuisance. Having the house half walled up and the workers in the house from early morning to late evening is not ideal for relaxation, first of all because having people in the kitchen and bathroom doesn't make us feel at ease and then our kitchen is linked to the living room so even staying It's not easy in the living room. Of course it's all noisy, hammers, drills, chisels, welcome headache. Then we have more dust than a powder keg, and without being able to use the bathroom and sink I can't clean, in any case it would be of little use because between the dust and rubble the dirt would immediately return. I honestly look forward to it and hope that the work will be finished soon because it is really inconvenient. We don't realize how convenient certain things are until we no longer have them. This week I don't think I will have much time for hive, there will be a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the work. Oh well, let's arm ourselves with patience and calm.

Ah oggi non vi parlo di ricette ma di scomodità, faccio un post un po diverso dal solito solo per lamentarmi 😂 Da circa qualche settimana la vicina di sotto nota una perdita sul muro ma noi che abitiamo sopra non notiamo niente, cosi chiamiamo gli operai che da ieri sono ospiti in casa, hanno trovato ben due perdite nei tubi, la casa dove abitiamo è una casa molto vecchia costruita negli anni 40 e ristrutturata negli anni 70, grazie agli operai abbiamo scoperto che i tubi erano ancora in piombo, sicché materiale che non fa bene e che sono vecchi e malmessi, per questo si sono rotti, inoltre hanno fatto dei lavori precedenti fatti male e ora abbiamo problemi su varie tubazioni. Dalla cucina al bagno vanno cambiati tutti i tubi e aggiustati i guasti. Non sarà facile ne veloce ne economico ( ma per fortuna noi siamo in affitto pagherà il proprietario), da ieri non possiamo usare il lavandino oggi neppure la toilette.
La cucina è poco agibile il bagno inagibile. Ovviamente sono lavori che vanno fatti però che fastidio.
Avere la casa mezza smurata e gli operai in casa dal primo mattino a tarda sera non è l' ideale per il relax, intanto perché avere gente in cucina e bagno non ci fa sentire a nostro agio poi cucina nostra è legata al salotto quindi anche stare in salotto non è semplice. Ovviamente è tutto rumoroso, martelli, trapani, scalpelli, benvenuto mal di testa.
Poi abbiamo più polvere di una polveriera, e senza poter usare bagno e lavandino non posso pulire, comunque sarebbe poco utile perché tra polvere e calcinacci lo sporco tornerebbe subito.
Sinceramente attendo con ansia e spero che i lavori finiscano presto perché è veramente scomodo. Non ci si rende conto di quanto facciano comodo certe cose fino a quando non le abbiamo più. Questa settimana non avrò credo molto tempo per hive, ci sarà parecchio da pulire a fine lavori.
