Krash Wanderford has the Swiftness Ability and Bloodlust Ability at level 1, the Thorns Ability at level 3, the Return Fire Ability at level 7, and the Dodge Ability at level 10. Krash Wanderford is a Common Gladiator card in the Fire Unit and belongs to the Gladius edition, and it only costs 4 mana.

  • Swiftness Ability : +1 speed to all allied units.
  • Bloodlust Ability : +1 to all stats after dealing a killing blow.
  • Thorns Ability : Returns 2 physical damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack.
  • Return Fire Ability : Returns 50% of damage to attacker (rounded up) when hit by a ranged attack.
  • Dodge Ability : +25% chance to evade physical attacks.

LORE

Krash Wanderford may have the outward appearance of a human, but anyone who knows him can see that he is a canine at heart. He grew up on the open fields of the Burning Lands among the cult of Pyromaniacs. Even these fanatics, who are known for their savagery, were unable to control Wanderford as a youth, who preferred to spend his time running with the Cerberus of the Ashlands. Although the mutated dogs never let humans anywhere near them, they welcomed the peculiar Krash into their midst and he spent many years growing with them and learning from them.

One day a Torch caravan led by General Yuto discovered a ferocious and grizzly man among one of the packs of wild dogs as they passed. This sight was strange enough, but what caught Yuto's attention was the raw speed of the wild man, who could outrun any of the long-legged canines with ease. He ordered the wild man captured, and after an eight month period of education and conditioning, Krash Wanderford was enlisting as a representative of the Torch to be a professional Gladiator of Moxian battle.

Krash is by far the fastest of the Gladiators, and while he is not particularly skilled with any weapons, he is incredibly resourceful and strong in combat. He was allowed to keep his wild and unkempt appearance, his long shaggy hair, and a couple of his canine friends as companions. The Gloridax masters have not yet decided if they intend to allow him to use dogs without violating the rules of single combat in gladius gloriae. They will most likely be allowed simply because they will present a more exciting show for the spectators.Source

Krash Wanderford is a Gladiator with very powerful abilities and can be very effective against Melee and Ranged attacks, especially in battles. Also, since he has high speed, it is very difficult to hit him with melee and ranged attacks, and even if they manage to hit him, he makes them suffer with his abilities. Speed is very important in battles, I will show how important it is in the battle below.

Krash Wanderford is a really amazing card and I think its only disadvantage is that it doesn't have any attack power, but you can eliminate this disadvantage with the Weapons Training Ability. Weapons Training Ability gives attack type and power to adjacent no-attack units (max of 3 power), the best part is that weapons training persists after the weapons trainer dies. I always use my Krash Wanderford card with the Weapons Training Ability, and if I have the opportunity I even include 2 Weapons Training Ability in my lineup because it really works much better to have Krash Wanderford have two types of attacks. I would also like to say that it is the card I use the most in low-mana battles since it only costs 4 mana.

I recommend that you consider using Krash Wanderford against melee and ranged attacks, I can say that it is the card I use the most, especially in rulesets such as Lost Magic, Melee Mayhem, Super Sneak, Up Close and Personal, where my opponents are most likely to use units with melee or ranged attacks. By the way, I can say that it is not very effective in rulesets such as Reverse Speed and Aim True, because in the Aim True ruleset units gain True Strike (attacks will never miss), and in the Reverse Speed ruleset the units with the lowest speed attack first and have the highest chance to evade attacks.

Let's examine Krash Wanderford in battle and also why speed is so important in battles and my favorite strategy with Krash Wanderford.

Battle Ruleset

  • Melee Mayhem: Units can use melee attacks from any position.

My strategy

According to the ruleset of the battle, in this battle, units will be able to use melee attacks from any position, in other words, units with melee attacks will be able to attack from any position. When I reviewed the recent 5 battles of the opposing player and took into account the rulesets of the battle, I could predict that the opposing player would prefer units with melee attacks in this battle and I can say that I determined my strategy accordingly.

I believed that Krash Wanderford would be very useful in this battle and I chose Eternan Brune as my summoner so that I could add him to my team and reduce the armor of all units on the opposing team by 2. I thought it would be quite useful to reduce the armor of all units on the opposing team by 2.

I put Krash Wanderford in the first position and Ferexian Hero with the Weapons Training Ability in the second position so Krash Wanderford will have 3 Melee attacks. Meanwhile, Krash Wanderford has Swiftness, Bloodlust and Thorns abilities at level 6, so thanks to the Swiftness Ability, all allied units will have +1 speed, which also means Krash Wanderford will have 9 speed. I put him in the first position because he has the Thorns Ability. Krash Wanderford is already very hard to hit with melee attacks, but even if they do hit him, they will suffer thanks to the Thorns Ability. I also included the Cleanse Ability in my lineup to make him immune to negative status effects. And considering their mana costs, I added units to my team that I believe will be effective in this battle.

Battle Comments

Round 1

In the first round, all units on my team hit their targets, but all the enemies missed Krash Wanderford, meaning they couldn't hit him.

Round 2

In the second round, the enemies couldn't hit Krash Wanderford, they all looked really helpless, but the units in my team hit their targets, and Krash Wanderford defeated his target, so he got +1 to all his stats, now he became much more dangerous for the enemies.

Round 3

Nothing changed in the third round either, all the enemies missed Krash Wanderford, it was really hard to hit him. Krash Wanderford dealt the death blow once again. At the end of the third round, the opposing team only had 2 Units left.

Round 4

The opposing team's units were destroyed before they had a chance to attack, and in the fourth round, Krash Wanderford dealt the killing blow once again. And my team managed to win the battle pretty easily. The most interesting thing is that the enemies couldn't do any damage, meaning they all missed for four rounds.

The battle lasted four rounds and at the end of the battle, while the opposing team was destroyed, all units in my team managed to survive, most interestingly, the enemies missed Krash Wanderford for four rounds, meaning they could not damage him at all. Krash Wanderford dealt three killing blows in four rounds and got +1 to all of his stats three times and at the end of the battle he had 6 Melee attacks, 12 Speed and 11 Health, which is exactly why I love Krash Wanderford and he is one of my favorite gladiators in this type of battles. When used with a good strategy, Krash Wanderford can be very effective in some battles, the battle above was an example of this. Also, the above battle clearly showed how important speed is in battles. By the way, the Krash Wanderfor card can only be obtained from Gladius cases. You can purchase Gladius cases with Merit(s) from your guild store. My Krash Wanderford card is currently at level 6 and I can't wait to level it up to max.
