"When it rains, it pours," goes the saying, and it certainly holds a lot of truth.

We had hoped for a sunny Easter weekend, but all we got was a partly sunny Saturday. And you can be damn sure that I took advantage of it. I'm a man who loves spending time outdoors, and with the rainy season looming, I didn't waste a single hour last Saturday by staying inside.

Usually, the tourist season in my area commences on the Easter weekend. Although the weather wasn't warm and sunny this time, the town still saw a few visitors who weren't from around here. The guesthouses had most of their rooms booked, and the boat cruise businesses are starting to turn a profit again.

Most of the photos in this post were taken in the area where the Decebalus face rock sculpture is located. Some of them were taken at that exact spot, and the rest were taken from a lovely guesthouse on the bank of the Danube, where I went for coffee with a few friends.

The view from the guesthouse is simply spectacular, as you can see for yourselves. It is located near the narrowest point of the Danube, where the river's stream is just a little over 100 meters wide, and the hills across the way are the peaks of Serbia.

The Serbians are not allowed to build mansions or guesthouses on their side of the Danube near the shore. Therefore, you don't get to see a similar landscape on their side.

In Romania, almost anything is possible. Therefore, the shore of the Danube, starting from my place and going uphill for a few tens of kilometers, is almost full of such guesthouses with spectacular views. I wish I had one too, but unfortunately, I was too dumb to sell my DOGE stack too soon in the past bull market.

I could have bought myself a pretty neat guesthouse with that DOGE money (over $400,000) if I had held onto my Dogecoins until mid-2021. Maybe next time...

Meanwhile, I can only hope for better performance during the current bull market and be excited for what's to come. Wish me luck!

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
