I use Angel yeast baking powder to ferment flour.
I bought yeast powder with usage, dosage and so on, which is very convenient. Add sugar or sugar containing food into the flour. The flour is easy to ferment and steamed until the steamed stuffed bun is fresh and delicious.
I fermented two portions of flour, one with chocolate and one without chocolate, and made a two-color flower roll.
I also made chocolate buns and triangle bags, and the stuffing was brown sugar sesame seed stuffing.

Steamed buns and flower rolls are delicious. My family makes more at one time. It's in the quick-frozen refrigerator. Occasionally take it out and steam it for breakfast, with eggs, milk or soybean milk.
