On weekends, the whole family makes dumplings together. I'm in charge of filling. Dad kneads the noodles and rolls the skin. Mom is responsible for making dumplings. It's fun for a family to cook delicious food together.
What we make is "three color stuffing" dumplings.
Prepare dumpling filling:
Wash carrots, fungus and chives and cut them into thin pieces. The stem of chives, so that the flavor of chives is more sufficient.
Beef foam and shrimp are not ground by machine, but chopped by hand.
Preparation of meat stuffing:
Mix the beef and shrimp well, add onion and ginger water and mix well.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce and salt and mix well.
Add chicken egg white and mix well. Add corn starch and five spice powder and mix well.
Finally, add sesame oil and mix well.
Note: do not add cooking wine. Add cooking wine. The beef is not tender.
Self made dumplings are not good-looking, but they taste good.
