Soy una persona con ansiedad y desde hace un tiempo el gimnasio me ha ayudado mucho a mantenerme en mejores condiciones mentales. En estos momentos estoy pasando por una serie de cambios en mi vida que me dejan un poco ansiosa. Para mantenerme firme y centrada en lo que quiero he continuado con el ejercicio físico haciendo gimnasio y ahora le he sumado hacer cardio que era una actividad que me negaba a hacer.
No la hacía por miedo a perder peso, soy muy flaca. Pero últimamente he estado leyendo sobre los beneficios que tiene y me dispuse a comenzar. Esta actividad la acompaño de lectura, lo que es maravilloso, porque media hora de bicicleta pasa rapidísimo.
I am a person with anxiety and for some time now the gym has helped me a lot to keep myself in better mental condition. Right now I am going through a series of changes in my life that leave me a little anxious. To stay firm and focused on what I want, I have continued with physical exercise at the gym and now I have added cardio, which was an activity I refused to do.
I didn't do it for fear of losing weight, I am very thin. But lately I have been reading about the benefits it has and I decided to start. I accompany this activity with reading, which is wonderful, because half an hour of cycling goes by very quickly.
