Talking to my holistic therapist, she says that there are many ways to heal our memories of the past, she emphasizes a lot on taking care of the inner child, I think it is a topic that I will be touching on a lot in different publications. I mention this because recently I dreamt that I was talking to a school teacher and there, he was asking me questions and I explained to him that the faster we take care of those issues, the better it will be, to take care of defragmenting the ego, and to be able to divide it by parts, like by specific tasks and then, first identifying the issues to deal with, to proceed with discipline.

Today I share the photos of the ants that I saw the other day with my grandmother, they are very hard workers, their way of communicating is so efficient, they all know where they have to go, they know what they have to do, they march in line, united, they do what is necessary to preserve their species, they work as a team, I think there are great teachings in their way of existing. The photo of the cat seemed to me very appropriate to complement the great work of the ants, it is also necessary to rest to renew strength and start again.
