Absolutely right! Sometimes we forget that we are our own resource for support and help. The ability to help ourselves and rely on our own strengths is right at the base of our arm.
Sometimes it just takes a little self-reflection, self-confidence and determination to find the answers we are looking for. We are capable and strong when we use our hands as a symbol of self-help.
The helping hand we seek is right there, at the end of our arm - within ourselves.

Absolut richtig! Manchmal vergessen wir, dass wir unsere eigene Ressource für Unterstützung und Hilfe sind. Die Fähigkeit, uns selbst zu helfen und uns auf unsere eigenen Stärken zu verlassen, liegt direkt am unteren Ende unseres Arms.
