This time I'm posting my trip to Takengon, precisely on the edge of “Laut tawar” Lake. This lake is located in Takengon city. The lake which is located about 1500 meters above sea level offers a beautiful natural panorama with cool air.

Takengon is a city located in the district of Central Aceh, Indonesia.
This city is famous for its cool air and several tourist destinations around it. Of course, these tourist destinations are growing because in this city there is a beautiful lake called Lake “Laut tawar”.
Actually my main purpose to this city is not to travel. But to attend your brother's wedding party.
The wedding ceremony was held from morning until noon. After that we went back to the inn for a while before we headed back home. So in the afternoon before the afternoon we took the time to relax on the edge of the “Laut tawar” lake.
There were only two places we visited. Given my little time. Because at night we plan to return to Bireun, the city where we live, which is about 100 km from Takengon City.
The first is the Lot Kala boat mooring. Here are provided some seats that are artistically shaped made of wood, neat and clean where visitors can enjoy the view of the lake freely. That day was quiet from visitors, maybe because Monday is a working day. Here we only take pictures. After taking some photos, we visited the second place which is also located by the lake not far from the first place.
The second place is in the form of a port for ships and boats which on the shore is inscribed with “Danau Lut Tawar”. Apparently in this place provided a boat for visitors who want to go around the lake. We joined the ship to see the view from the lake to the land.
After 30 minutes of traveling around by boat, we landed back in the original place.
There doesn't seem to be enough time to search or wander around looking for other places. Finally I decided to continue the journey back to Bireuen.
