Hey guys! I'm Barretinn and today I'll be sharing an amazing recipe for Braised Vegetables, very famous here in my region. Come on cooks, get to work!


  • Ingredients:
  • 1/5 of pumpkin
  • 1 chive straw
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 7 okra
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 5 cups of water
  • Coriander
  • olive oil

  • Preparation method:

Start by chopping the onion, garlic and tomato into small pieces. Book in a container.

Remove the stems from the cabbage leaves (you can use them to prepare rice) and cut the cabbage into very thin slices, as shown in the images. Do the same with the chives, okra and cilantro.

Cut the pumpkin and potato into cubes.

In a pan, sauté the chopped mixture (onion, garlic and tomato) in olive oil. Then add the chopped kale leaves and stir until they have reduced in size.

Add the rest of the ingredients along with the 5 cups of water.

Cook for about 15 minutes until the water dries up and all the vegetables are soft.


Now, the Braised Vegetables recipe is ready! Just taste and be happy!🤤

Olá pessoal! Eu sou o Barretinn e hoje estarei compartilhando uma incrível receita de Refogado de Legumes, muito famosa aqui na minha região. Vamos lá cozinheiros, mãos à obra!


  • Ingredientes:
  • 1/5 de abóbora
  • 1 palha de cebolinha
  • 1 cebola
  • 1 tomate
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 1 pimenta de cheiro
  • 7 quiabos
  • 5 folhas de couve
  • 5 xícaras de água
  • Coentro
  • Óleo de azeite

  • Modo de preparo:

Comece triturando em pequenos pedaços a cebola, o alho e o tomate. Reserve em um recipiente.

Remova o caule das folhas de couve (você pode utilizá-las para preparar um arroz) e corte a couve em fatias bem finas, como mostrado nas imagens. Faça o mesmo com a cebolinha, o quiabo e o coentro.

Corte a abóbora e a batatinha em cubos.

Em uma panela, refogue no óleo de azeite a mistura triturada (cebola, alho e tomate). Em seguida, adicione as folhas de couve cortadas e mexa até que elas diminuam de tamanho.

Acrescente o restante dos ingredientes juntamente com as 5 xícaras de água.

Cozinhe por cerca de 15 minutos até que a água seque e todos os legumes estejam macios.


Agora, a receita do Refogado de Legumes está pronta! É só saborear e ser feliz!🤤
