Rice is rich in carbohydrates and most people used to eat rice are fats. We pilipinos love to eat this in every meal it's because this is how we got energy in everyday .

This is roasted dried fish my mom loves to eat this fish.Though there are many different ways of cooking this fish it depends on us what kinds of cooking that we like. fish is also high in protein that it needs in our body.

Corn is rich in fiber it helps to maintain our body to avoid fat. It has a lot of benefits in our body most old people in my province used to eat corn to have a healthy lifestyle.
If your not used to eat corn you get diarhea for the first time.


Hello to my fellow hivers. For today's post i want to share my experienced about the food that we eat randomly in every meal. I myself eat those rice and corn to have energy in everyday's meal .Though they are both different in taste the corn is flavorless and the rice is sweet in taste.

Well im used to eat this food since i was young and my mother taught me this since she don't like us to be picky about the food when we grown up. I compared the price before of the corn is less exepensive compared to the rice is pricey. so my mom used to saved back then for our family since we are seven family members in our house. It consume much food in every meal, since we eat 3 times a day and we don't satisfied our tummy if we just only eat bread.

Well according to my experienced i prepared to eat corn specially when i'm eating a salty dish. It would ease the saltyness of the food.
Though not all people love to eat corn its also can cause diarhea when my cousin eat for the first time.

The reason why people get diarhea when eating a corn it's because it was going to cleanse your intestine and helps to get rid the toxic in your body. Corn is the reason why im still now a skinny girl compared before that i always eat rice that it caused of me to become a fat girl.

Well a skinny or fat is a choice it depends on us if we want to have healthy life style. But for me corn is the best if u want to be on diet and it helps to get rid the fats in your body.
