The most important thing in my job is to make the dogs that accompany me happy. As a studied animal psychologist I know about the needs of a dog.

Jump and run is not only fun for them, it gets them into a natural state of being. They get physical exercise and simultaneously mental stimulation as well. See Toto in the first pic? That's what you get!

A dogs body is designed to handle off road terrain. Of course you have to evaluate the overall health of your dog first, before overdoing it. But even if they don't climb steep hills, a little off road is possible for everyone.

My old Labrador lady Emmi (13) is keeping up with the youngsters pretty good. She loves her water and to see her enjoy herself at that age is heart warming. Look at her climbing the cliff lol.

Now taking pics of dogs in action is not so easy, especially when you're only equipped with a smartphone. Still I hope you have an impression of how important jumping and running is for your dog. And when a treat comes flying from a rock, the Rottie will love you even more ;)

See you in the pack!

I'm gonna be one of those annoying people that offers a photography tip: if your phone has slomo you can record slow action dogs while they're being fast and get a clearer action shot screen shot.
But these pictures are cute anyway. I can tell just by Toto's face that he is my type.

ohhh my, such cuties, they look so happy :D

More to come 😄 Thanks!

Those doggos sure look happy! awesome pictures :^)

🤗

The hardest thing to do for a photographer is take photos of kids and animals, as you can't tell them to stay put. Or you can but they never listen 😁

However, you did quite well here lady 😉 I love the fourth one, that is epic!

For sure lol. And when the equipment is not as good even harder. Gotta crop and edit the hell out of what you got. 😂

Emmi rocks!

I'm in search for my GoPro gear. Once I find the last and most important piece I'll start using it. I want to see what I can get out of the GoPro instead of my smartphone.

Some awesome shots of the doggo’s! I think we are much like dogs, we need to be outside for our mental and physical health lol

Love the title!!

I only have experience with cats.. but i noticed they pant quite a bit after some vigorous exercise, almost like a dog actually, and it had me worried.

How do you tell when it's too much for a dog?

I'll get into that in one of my next ones ;). Thanks for bringing up that question. Title is great hu?! 😄

Molly would be having no parts of this! Also with her white soft hair I would not feel like giving her a bath often. She hates water, hates leaves, hates birds, hates other dogs, hates activity in general... hmmmm... She's just a big grouch! lol

I love Molly 😊. I would carry her to safety or she could enjoy the scene from my safe arms view. She would be queen, soon leader of the pack. Molly, her hair blowing in the wind while she stands on the rocks looking into the sunset. The pack awaiting her arrival....dream Molly, dream 😄

Oh Perfect!!! She loves being held and she loves feeling like the queen. So given this new information, I am sending her your way via air mail. Should be there in a few days. 😁

Wine and Molly 😍 . Via air mail...lol...nooooooooooo. Molly flew from Denver on the coldest day to Germany. Poor pup, but she made it...lil trooper. Cuddles for my baby in doggy heaven.

Awwww.. Poor Molly, the ice cream loving pup! What a cuttie pie she was 😌

Happy dogs living their best lives!

I'm giving my best. Love is the best teacher here. Thanks for stopping by 😊
